Abstract Title Co., LLC is a full service real estate title company which focuses on real estate title work and title insurance in all eighty-eight counties of the State of Ohio and provides expertise in closing transactions and acts as closing agent for many lending institutions. Abstract Title Co., LLC is an authorized agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

While underwriters of title insurance maintain similar costs for their services, our fees are very competitive among other title companies and negotiable due to our flexibility and readiness to have several attorneys available for closing needs at any given time. While we have a private conference room at our office able to accommodate the necessary parties in most closings, we are available to conduct closings at locations desired by any party thereto.
