Firm History

Hackenberg, Beutler, Rasmussen & Feighner was founded in 1969 by David A. Hackenberg as a general practice of law in Hancock County. The increasing need for reliable legal services in Hancock County and surrounding counties created the need for additional attorneys to join the office over the years with Robert A. Beutler, Jr. (1972), Donald J. Rasmussen (1984), Alan D. Hackenberg (1994), Robert E. Feighner, Jr. (1999), Zachary J. Beutler (2009) and Stephanie M. Wykes (2010).

Hackenberg, Beutler, Rasmussen & Feighner has established a dedication to serving the needs of its clients through general litigation needs, Bankruptcy, Appellate Practice, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Probate, Family Law/Divorce and Business Law. Hackenberg, Beutler, Rasmussen & Feighner through its sister company, Abstract Title Company, LLC provides real estate title work and title insurance in all eighty-eight counties of Ohio and handles closing transactions for local lenders and realtors.
